- After a first experience in the business consulting department of Arthur Andersen, actual Accenture, in 1980 Roberto began to carry out his professional activity within Studio Tributario Deiure, of which he became partner in 1989
- Over more than 40 years he gained in-depth knowledges in the tax field, specialized in corporate taxation, M&A, private equity, fairness opinions and securitizations
- He held positions in prestigious companies operating in several industries (e.g. pharma, financial, industrial, insurance, commercial, large-scale distribution, telecommunications, fashion, oil and gas, renewable energy, transport)
- He is member of the Board of Statutory Auditors in Wind TRE Group, Autostrade per l’Italia, Zara Italia, Eni Group and S&P Global Italy
